Partial Planning
PLANNING PARTNER
Our partial wedding planning service is designed for couples who desire control over decision-making, have parts or most of the planning under control but need professional guidance partway or throughout the process.
This service includes up to 15 hours of wedding consultation or assistance and we will discuss how and where you need our support the most. This could be for vendor sourcing and management, negotiations, helping manage your budget, reviewing contracts or providing advice and wedding planning tips. We will also help you streamline the process and empower you to make informed decisions that will turn your vision into a spectacular reality.
Our partial planning package also includes all the services in our Month-of Management package.

EVENT COORDINATION
Month-of Management
You have your vision all set and now require an extra hand to finalize the plans and ensure a seamless day; and you also just want to let go, be present and enjoy your day - we can certainly help with that!
Our wedding day management services include but is not limited to:
2 consultation calls to review and discuss the plans you have made for your wedding.
Review wedding plans and bookings; identify any issues in current plan and design that might impact day-of, including contingency planning and recommendations. (Ona Events does not dispense legal advice; if legal advice is needed, please contact a lawyer).
Attend and support the wedding ceremony rehearsal.
Final venue walkthroughs.
Development of vendor timelines and checklist.
Communication with all vendors and main contacts.
Management of small decor and rentals (thank you cards, favors, place cards, pew markers, etc.).
12-hour wedding day management and supervision with an assistant (additional assistants may be required if the scope of the wedding requires it, at additional charge).
Our month-of services includes managing the day’s logistics and vendors, timeline and schedules. Our involvement doesn't start on the day of the event – we kick off planning approximately 6 weeks in advance to understand the intricacies and specificities of your special day.
We will then be with you for up to 12 hours on the event day and will serve as a valuable resource for any unexpected situations. You will also have access to our fully stocked emergency kit.

Bridal Assistance is a dedicated personal attendant for you on the wedding day.
