What happens after we come onboard as your event or wedding planner? Let’s dig in!
All of our services begin with a complimentary call where we learn more about your goals for the event, budget and planning needs.
We share our service agreement with you that we both sign. Our first invoice is shared and you make a payment to secure your service and event date(s).
Once we’ve both said yes to our partnership, you will receive our initial budget management recommendations, event theme and designs concepts and planning timeline, - all of which will guide the rest of our work. we get to work .
Finally, we get to work assembling a team of in-house experts and local suppliers and vendors to bring the event vision to life. We work to a meticulous, precise standard, planning beautiful, creative, and involved events that are filled with heart and soul.
Executing an exceptional celebration requires many hours of planning, organization, communication and design along with in-depth research, review of the right-fit vendors, budget tracking, as well as all the other exciting stuff like picking the right colour, theme, inspirations, and finding the perfect outfits. We’ll right there with you all the way through!

The Big Picture
In this phase, we dive deep into understanding your unique style, preferences, and the finer details of your event. We discuss budget, guest list, and collaborate on the overall concept, whether it's an intimate gathering or a grand soirée. Your vision guides us in selecting vendors and mapping out key milestones on the event timeline.

The Vision
It is now time to design your vision. We look at your personal style, custom needs with outfits, cake, decoration, special effects – you name it! This helps us narrow down specialist vendors if required and create a custom design portfolio for you. We’ll handle sourcing, vendor communication and selection as you revel in the design portfolio reveal.

The Execution
Now, the planning pays off and your vision comes to life.
Enjoy your special day(s) as our team manages all the details, unforeseen obstacles and last minutes changes. You can relax and focus on making memories knowing that we have you covered all day.
Your lead planner is WPIC certified! As graduates of the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada, we adhere to a strict Code of Ethics, with certification dependent on maintaining these professional standards.
We cannot guarantee your wedding will be perfect, but we can guarantee we will do everything within our power to make sure it is as close to perfection as it can be.
Code of Ethics
We do not accept kickbacks (money for referrals) from vendors. Vendors must know that the clients are the recipients of any discounts given.
We treat each client fairly, and we will be honest and upfront in the representation of our clients.
We uphold our ethics. We will not take or attempt to take clients from, or discredit, other vendors with gossip or slander.
Every client will receive a detailed contract for Wedding Day Direction, Destination or Full Wedding Coordination services.
We will provide all services agreed upon in the contract that must be signed by both the client and Coordinator at the commencement of service.
We believe in continuous education, networking and training within the Wedding Industry.
Our pricing is upfront and industry comparable.
We will make every effort to return calls and emails in a timely manner - within 48 hours.
We always endeavour to benefit our client and not ourselves. Vendors are suggested on merit, in the best interests of the client, not ourselves or the vendor suggested.
